Keep the Medical Certificates coming! 

Thanks to everyone who has already sent in their Medical Certificate, we need more to show employers that we are serious about our claim for more sick leave! 

The offer we have received contains nothing to improve the access to sick leave for Kindergarten Teachers. We’ve made a ‘medical certificate’ for you to complete below, which explains how your lack of sick leave impacts you. All completed certificates will be presented to employers.

Instructions:
1. Download a copy of the certificate.
2. Edit it to add your details or print a copy and fill it in.
3. Save your digital certificate or scan your physical certificate.
4. Email completed certificates to ellah@nzei.org.nz by 5pm on Friday 2 December.
