What does the issue of staff to student ratios mean for you as a teacher, and the tamariki you teach?

We have so many children with additional needs and with the ratio of 1 : 10 we struggle to meet the needs of all our tamariki. A lower ratio will mean we can spend more one on one time with all our tamariki, not just our tamariki with additional needs.

Lower the child : teacher ratio. More support for additional needs.
