There are bugs around 24-7, and teachers are getting sick and burnt out. Due to us having to take sick leave when our symptoms are like COVID, we have NO sick leave for all the flu and other bugs that have come over winter.

What will it take to fix sick leave for kindergarten teachers?

Unlimited or 30 plus [days] a year.

To be able to pay the bills and not have to go to work when sick.
