What does the issue of staff to student ratios mean for you as a teacher, and the tamariki you teach?

The current ratios are unsafe and make it impossible to maintain safety regulations and policies. E.g staying within a certain distance from climbing equipment, swings, carpentry, glue guns etc. Meaningful learning experiences and interactions with all children are unable to be met.

What will it take to fix staff to student ratios?
