What is the issue that is most important for you? What does your issue mean for you as a teacher, and the tamariki you teach?

I work in a full day license setting. Having a 2 hour staff meeting at the end of an eight shift, is challenging. Our tamariki deserve us to be on our game, to plan and evaluate while tired is not best practice.

What will it take to fix the issue you have identified?

Planning meetings within your eight hour shift.

When we fix your issue, what impact will that change have on you as a teacher, and the tamariki you teach?

More productive, would be able to provide a better curriculum for tamariki, plan and follow interests and be able to spend to spend time with my own family.
