Your message to Iona Holsted

As a Ministry of Education Field Staff employee, we ask you to ensure the next offer in our collective agreement bargaining includes:

• A 3% increase back-dated to 28 February 2018, and a further 3% from 1st March 2019
• A 14 month term from the date of terms of settlement
• An increase to the union only payment to $1500, and a 3 month delay to pass on the terms and conditions of the collective to non-members
• The ability to go up to the next step in the salary scale as recognition of attaining relevant qualifications during my employment with the Ministry
• A new top step 16 for psychologists, with step 13 the new top step for all other roles
• A review of this document on workloads/caseloads with an external facilitator.
