After having COVID due to being exposed at work. I now have a weak immune system. In the last 10 weeks I have used my years 10 days sick leave. I had a gastro bug, COVID for the second time, a sore throat and then a sinus infection. I don’t know how I can survive the next 9 month with no sick leave, in a workplace that continually exposes teachers to illness.

What will it take to fix sick leave for kindergarten teachers?

Extending the amount of sick leave.
