The amount of administration and lack of non contact time to complete assessment and all the regulatory requirements.

More non contact time. In early childhood as a kindergarten head teacher I do not have office staff like the primary and secondary sector. I work 12 to 14 hour days and usually one day at the weekend.

I am hanging on by a thread to see what the result of this claim is. If the non contact time particularly for head teachers is not improved I will leave the profession. I am concerned about the long term impact on my health and well-being working 12-14 hour days.
