When we fix staff to student ratios, what impact will that change have on you as a teacher, and the tamariki you teach?

I will have more time to be with children, to have quality interactions with them and time to actually ‘teach’. I will be making a difference and I will be empowered in the success of my teaching. I will not stressed and burnout, I will be a more responsive reflective teacher and I will not be considering leaving the sector.
